Exam Day
We'll be having two exams today, as part of our NLE review. We'll have CHD this morning and Nursing Research later noon. I pray I'll be able to do well. I'm having a little hard time lately to concentrate. A lot of things are going through my mind. It's like hearing things at the same time, the only difference is I am thinking of different things at the same time. It's actually troublesome.
Speaking of troublesome, I am also having a hard time whenever the sun radiates too much heat, or maybe even without the effort. I hope I'm not experiencing heat stroke. I prefer cold weathers, those that reminds me of the Olympic peninsula. I like cloudy days as well as rainy ones. Haha! I really don't mind the latter as long as I am indoors. But even if I'm outdoors, I can cope. =)
So much about this entry. I have to go now and take the test. Oh! I am also going to take an extra test later, maybe at dusk time. Fundamentals of Nx. I wonder if I was able to take the exam in Psychiatric Nursing. I can't remember. Hmm..

October Finale
I like this day. The weather was Forks-like; reminds me of 14 October 2008. And oh! There was a sunbreak. Cool. That was when I was leaving for school. And when I came back there was a little drizzle, but no need to take out an umbrella. I really liked it. I like cold temperature, but not those that are troublesome. I'm just glad about the cold weather because I wore my long sleeve shirt paired with my "24seven" shirt.
Walking with such weather was very encouraging. I went to Market! Market! before 12nn. I was supposed to buy a new pen and notebook but I found none of my liking. If only I didn't feel tired, I might've taken a walk in Serendra and Bonifacio High Street.

18-29 October 2008
It took me 11 days to finish Wuthering Heights. I'm fine with that. It was a novel that needed not to be devoured in one sitting. I liked how it was with me every day. It was like my bedtime story.
The story's not common and it was worth reading. It was like knowing another plot, another dish, a new cuisine. The lead characters were certainly annoying, especially Heathcliff.
I was having a hard time, sometimes, collecting my thoughts because Wuthering Heights was written in a narrative way and I sometimes wonder who was talking or narrating.
Linton Heathcliff was bloody annoying. I could stand his father but if it's him, hardly. The way he "manipulated" people through his health condition was pathetic. I admire how Cathy was able to stand that. Love indeed is amazing. I think Hareton was better, except having Joseph around and how he adapted the old man's ways. I hate Joseph.

Heroes season 2
There were plenty of boring scenes in this season. That's a personal opinion. Most of them were those including the twins. I also don't like how some of the cinematography went. It's more of the graphic stuff. A lot of the backgrounds were never convincing: the drive from the US/Mexico border, Bennet and the Haitian in Ukraine, and Peter's time-travel to the future. Those were all I could remember.
There may be a lot of flaw in this season but it was nice to see Kristen Bell again. Her role as Elle is definitely different from her Veronica Mars character. It was fun though. I'd like to see more of her in the coming episodes (of season 3).

Collection
Heroes
I was able to finish the episodes I missed in season 1. Thank goodness! As of now, I've already watched 10 episodes of Heroes season 2. I can now catch up with my cousins. But of course, I still have other things to do so I have to manage time properly.
Pictures
I uploaded pictures I took since Friday in my Photobucket and Multiply accounts. I also have them burned on CD. Back ups will always be important. I need to fix my folder in our PC.
NLE Review: Nursing Research
I ditched class yester noon. Know why..
Wuthering Heights
Albeit having a hard time understanding the pace and how Emily Brontë wrote, I like the story. It's not one of your typical love stories. It's tragic, I'd say. I haven't finished reading it but I'm looking forward to it.
Breaking Dawn
I'm still saving up for this book. Too bad I've spent half of my savings to SBC last Sunday, and for treating my classmates last Friday. I'm fine with the latter though. Can't cry over spilled milk.
Weather
It rained yester day. We were in the AVR and I-we- could hear the wind and rain hitting the windows. I liked it. As of now, I can hear thunders from time to time. I hope it rains today. Or maybe just another Forks-like experience just like what happened on 14 October 2008. I loved it and I'd love to have another one today.

Sun Break

14 October 2008 . Tuesday
This was my first "Forks, WA" experience. Of course, I haven't been outside Makati, Metro Manila and found myself in Washington. But the weather yesterday was so awesome that it was really close to Forks. I guess. It did not rain albeit the clouds covering the sky, during the day at least. If my memory is still intact, lolness I think it rained last night. XD
Yesterday made me anticipate for a sunbreak. Imagine, I was waiting to see a sunbreak! There was one -almost- at late afternoon. The sun was not even that shining. It remained hidden behind the clouds, but it was enough to make its presence known.
Besides the wonderful weather yesterday, there were other things that made me love this day.

Tiny. The conversation. This kept me smiling. Haha!

15 October 2008 . Wednesday
I was hoping for another "Forks" experience today but I did have it until afternoon. The sun was shining like how it 's supposed to be in a tropical country but it did not irritate me. Again, I was hoping to experience a sun break.
The Ret
Albeit the sunny day I had today something else happened that made me happy. Yes, I did see the sun shining again but I'm talking about something else. When I left the place I've been to this morning, I saw the Ret! I was actually thinking about the Ret, reminiscing the previous day, before I left, and most of the time I spent there. Haha!
The Ret experience did not end there. We're both leaving the area and I was deliberating where to go: school or review. class I chose the latter. I think I made the decision before we got into the jeep. Yes. We're both passengers, of the same jeep who sat side by side. Thanks to the almost full jeep, I was able to sit on Ret's left.
I wanted to ask what time it was, but I decided otherwise. The ever timid me. Anyways, I was really on a hurry. Speaking of a hurry, the Ret reminded me that I haven't seen anyone who walked as fast as him. Sure, it was obvious that the Ret was on a hurry but he walked gracefully.
It was amusing. Indeed, it was. There was a time last year when I prayed to God. "If it's good for him and me, let me see the Ret." And God answered my prayer, on that very day! How lovely. ^_^
May God grant me another Ret encounter tomorrow, if it is good for him and me. Amen. =)
