Avatar: The Last Airbender and TransFormers Animated

7444b9da80236af81a587589a8651734.jpgI'm back watching Avatar: the Last Air Bender. But I'm still on Book 3 Chapter 17: The Ember Island Players. I was supposed to watch the succeeding episodes but I got hooked on TFA. TransFormers Animated. And I'm now on episode 3.

My friend Arckham, who loves Sokka and Bulkhead, introduced these cartoons to me. Except for Avatar. I've seen it on Nickelodeon before but I didn't bother to watch it until he told me the cartoon's plot.

It's pretty amusing that I've come to enjoy these stuffs at this age. Am I late? Who cares! XD

Shit Happens

A lot. XD

Shit #1

I had to wait for 40 bloody minutes before I was able to ride on a jeep so I could get home. I’ve been standing with an umbrella to shelter me from the rain. I wouldn’t have minded it if not for my aching back (lumbar area). Hades. It seemed like I have scoliosis.

Shit #2

My phone’s battery is dead. And there’s no charger around. x_x I don’t know what happened, but it seemed like with one snap all the Nokia chargers in this house were gone.

Sexy Day

45af8accb04fb56fad89f1e32473e79f.jpgIt's really amusing when vanity strikes. Haha!

I already had in mind yesterday what will I be wearing today. My choice was something that made me feel sexy. *points at the inserted pic* Oh, pardon my vanity.

Moving around from home to Chino Roces Ave. then riding on MRT and dropping off in Guadalupe station then riding on a jeep to school (UMak) was fascinating. I felt tekti. Haha! And it didn't end there.

I had a jeepney ride from Gate 1 (Kalayaan Ave.) to Crossing. I roamed around EDSA Central then went on my way to SM Megamall via Shangri-La Plaza. I found a store in EDSA Central with nice shirts. I want to buy some. Heehee..

The first place I visited in Mega were the fabric stores. Because a light bulb came out of my head. 8D

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I was wearing my sunglasses. Haha! Oh, I ended up writing a "summary" of my day.

I like what I wore today that I took pics of myself when I got home. Haha! That was really vain. And sexy. ^_~

Letters to Cleo

0a0846716f58cf65b1d2f7d40773c117.jpgI'm becoming fond of this band, since I watched 10 Things I Hate About You last Monday. Oh, I love the movie. I had a wonderful endorphin rush. =D

Their songs are fun and cool, which usually give me a vibrant feeling. I'm even having I Want You to Want Me and Cruel to Be Kind as LSS. I also enjoy listening to their other songs. I like Let's Get High and Sister.

I think I'm going to make a frequent visit to their website.

Preoccupation

FOOD
I have been preoccupied with cooking lately. I want to cook. I want to make new dishes. Oh, I so need money. I need money for grocery. And I need money to buy new cooking materials. We're insufficient here. We only have what we usually use, but I want something else. Because I want to try new things.

I'm checking a lot of websites about recipes, with the hope that I can make something out of what's available in the house.

MOVIES
I want to watch a lot of movies. And they don't have to be those that are now showing in the cinemas. I want to watch movies I haven't watched before. I also want to watch movies I've already watched. Heehee..

BOOKS
I want to read the novels I haven't finished though I have already started. I also want to read those novels I bought yet kept untouched. I even have one still sealed.

MUSIC
I miss playing the guitar. But I'm still learning. I still can't play a song in front of other people. I also want to pursue drum lessons.

The Dark Knight

fc6410e9b04d559fce6657680053953f.jpg7 STARS!!! =)

Oh my Gackt, sa sobrang ganda naiyak ako! *teary* XD

Watched The Dark Knight last Friday in Greenbelt for phP130.00 heehee 8D

Awesomeness. Just watch the movie and see for yourself. I love the Physics of this movie. I love the tag-lines; yeah, the script. There are plenty to be quoted. I'll share some:

"You either die a hero or you live long enough
to see yourself become the villain."
-Harvey Dent (also quoted by Batman)

"Poor choice of words."
-Joker
This reminds me of how important our choice of words is.

"You complete me."
-The Joker

And my favourite..

"Spying on 30 million people
isn't part of my job description." XD
-Lucius Fox

Heath Ledger did an awesome portrayal of The Joker. I love him! Don't worry, Captain Jack. I still love you. Haha!

I learned a lot from this movie. Awesome. I just don't like the husky voice of Batman. Does his suit give him a sore throat? XD

And speaking of Batman, it always amazes me how the Batman players (those in suit) have the same demeanour. It is so amusing.

Anyway, I want to watch it again. <3

Life in the Cyber World..

I haven't been active with the cyberworld lately. I may have updated 4 albums in my Multiply during the week, but that doesn't count the number of "negligence" I have with my other cyber-accounts. I haven't even checked my e-mails, which happened to be deployed in at least 5 e-mail servers. LOL. I was that active.

Besides my "usual" agenda in the cyber world I also have a job to finish. And yes! Thanks to this fatigue I feel recently. Thank you, troublesome self. I haven't started doing it. My gulay! -_-

And oh! I also happened to have a not-so-good appetite lately. I'm trying my best to at least fill this stomach of mine every meal time. v_v I really need to make more extra effort feeding myself. I am not really picky as long as what I ingest do good to my system.

I eat to live, not live to eat.

Durog.

I need to be next to you..
This is the song I want to sing to my God. Hear me, Lord!

You number my wanderings;
         Put my tears into Your bottle;

Are they not in Your book?
-PSALM 56:8

Are they not?
Have You not seen? Have You not heard?
How long will You let my heart take the pain?
How long do You think my body can endure?

But You created this body.
You have seen how I have become frail.
You know all my troubles.
You know every single detail about me.

My soul is not hidden from You.
My spirit is a gift from You.
My life I owe to You
And You hold my future in Your hands.

You trust me.
But how can I not trust myself?
With a nurse's eye, I see damnation coming.
But with the eyes of faith I see hope.

Renew my strength, O God;
All day long I wait for You.
I wait for the God of my salvation;
I wait patiently, LORD.

Save me from my troubles.
Do You still believe I can endure this much?
Do You see me living yet another day?
I know I can trust You. I always will.

For Your sake I will live today,
I will live a life for You.
And for Your sake
I surrender these pain and sorrow.

Extravagant Worship

6875e2129b577642630f7950b5359b8e.jpgI haven't read much books lately. *sigh* I miss reading novels, Robert Ludlum novels. Or Mario Puzo novels. John Grisham novels will do too.

The latest book I've read, which turned out to be a new favourite book, was Extravagant Worship by Darlene Zschech. I found it when I was staying in Antipolo.

Extravagant Worship is a wonderful book. I highly recommend it to every people who are serving in a ministry, especially the Music Ministry. But I don't exclude those who were and even those who wish to join a ministry. Worship is not just about singing and music. Worship is a lifestyle. But I can't imagine worship without music. ^_~

By the way, I am not a member of our church's Music Ministry. But I sometimes watch them practice and prepare stuffs.. =)

I may have not read a lot or at least one novel, but that doesn't mean I am not reading anything at all. I still have the Basic Instrution Before Leaving Earth. Heehee.. I really love this Book.

My favourite stories are those when Israel fights her enemies and win battles in ways you won't even dare imagine. So unusual. There may be things I could hardly understand, but I somehow learn. I get to know more about the One who is in control of everything. It's really cool.

I still have novels unread. But I will read them, for sure. Just not yet.
